Are your products halal certified?
We are not halal-certified, however we do not use pork or lard into our bakes.
Ordering and Payment
ORDERING
Items will be made upon confirmation of order and will need a minimum of 2-4 days to be ready.
No amendments and cancellations are allowed for confirmed orders 24hours prior to the scheduled collection date.
PAYMENT
We accept both credit card payments and bank transfer/PAYNOW. For bank transfers/PAYNOW, your order will only be confirmed once we have verified your payment to us.
In the event that we are unable proceed with your order, we will refund the amount paid.
Delivery and Self Collection
DELIVERY
We offer a standard delivery of $10 per location, additional charges for locations in Sentosa/Tuas.
Free delivery for orders over $120.
kindly note that:
- we do not offer same day delivery
- there will be no specific delivery window/ exact delivery time
SELF COLLECTION
Self collection is available at S544897 Lobby (nearest MRT Kovan)
Self collection timings are as follows:
- mon - fri 12pm - 9 pm,
- sat 10am - 1pm
Can i cancel or make changes to my order?
Unfortunately we do not accept refunds and/or exchanges unless the wrong order has been sent to you. If there are any issues with you order, kindly contact us immediately.
There will be no refunds once your order and payment has been confirmed. We are more than happy to change your order's delivery/collection date.
For incomplete/ unsuccessful delivery
Kindly please ensure that the address, name and contact number of recipient is correct.
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, we will not attempt to redeliver the items. kindly arrange for self collection.
There will also be no refund of the delivery fee or the price of the item ordered.
How long do the bakes last?
Since our bakes do not contain added preservatives, we encourage that you consume them within the timeframe stated in the product's page.
Is this a home business?
Yes, but rest assured that we maintain a high standard of food safety in our home and have the necessary Food Hygiene Certificate from NEA.
